Juicy & Lucy here hiya all.......

We have been looking into getting healthier and boosting our immune system for a while, and a friend suggested trying this recipe.... we tweaked the recipe to make it better depending on how we felt and some additions were added also until we got the perfect combo !!! 

We then shared our findings and recipe with friends & family who also had amazing results to the point we started sharing on social media which is now 12 thousand + strong and growing every day. 

Only thing is now because its so big, our way seems to be getting lost because of intentional misinformation and also non intentional misinformation (chinese whispers lol) doing the rounds.  So to make things clearer and more precise we've had to go down the Patreon route where its more user friendly for all and a good way of getting started with the right info straight from the horses mouth.... plus its now become more of a full time job steering people in the right direction, and being there for any questions or queries.

It will save you hours messing around not necessarily knowing which way is the right way......its just something that has naturally happened because of the size and success of the social media group.

If anyone wants to join Patreon, you can join for 1 month at a time or 6 months or every so often when u feel u need a catch up, but its the easiest way to make sure your getting the right information. We've also accrued all the benefits/results over the last year and a bit, which i daren't share on social media as the fantastic results go against medical opinion....I've also saved all the lovely fantastic thank you messages we've received over the year - its just nice to be appreciated for all our hard work...
