I have been making H Cee q for a while now and want to share my experience. I am on two heart medications a day and in the morning l take Atenolol 25mg and in the evening it was Cadesarten 8mg {night med was after suffering a myocardial event}.

My Journey to a better life.

After commencing with only one shot glass in the mornings l had noticed a difference in my blood pressure readings. Doctor has halved the night dose and my blood pressure is still reducing. Next step will be no night medication at all. I do monitor my own blood pressure readings regularly and they are constantly sitting at 120-130/80 and l am 66 rs old. My life has improved and l am constantly out either in the vege garden or walking over my 12 acres with my herd of animals.
